Are you a cereal lover? By now I’m sure you are aware of how much sugar is in the supermarket cereals. This is why I have added another edition of a healthy granola recipe to our blog. It is simply to make and can be stored in an air-tight container for up to a month.

However, when looking to increase protein intake, recipes are often filled with protein powders which contain many ingredients I cannot even pronounce! For that reason, this is why we have created our 100% natural protein pancakes recipe, which contains whole ingredients which are naturally high in protein. They’re also great for little ones without the added sugar of normal pancakes.

Butternut squash is a versatile vegetable that is packed full of nutrition. It is loaded with vitamin A – 1 cup of cooked squash has 457% of the recommended daily allowance. It is also a good source of fibre, magnesium and potassium. Also, like most other veggies, it is low in fat, sodium and is cholesterol-free.

Not sure about what to have for dinner? These healthy Mexican sweet potatoes are a great evening meal as they are packed full of protein and carbs which will, therefore, keep you satisfyingly full after a hard day at work. They are also super easy to make, simply bake the potatoes in the oven for around 45 minutes to an hour and then scoop out the insides, add the other ingredients, top with cheese and enjoy! Serve the healthy Mexican sweep potatoes on their own with a squeeze of lime in addition to a side salad.
