Through our mobile personal training, we are offering safe and effective 1-2-1 outdoor personal training sessions. Our qualified PTs will get you fitter and stronger throughout these abnormal times. Now is a great time to focus on moving your body, increasing your mobility, and enjoying this beautiful weather.

12 Week Personal Training (PT) Programme

1 PT Session a week – £50 per session (£600)

2 PT Sessions a week – £45 per session (£1080)

3 PT Sessions a week – £40 per session (£1440)

How It Works

1. Phone call A member of our team will be in touch, to get an understanding of your fitness goals, desired location & schedule.

2. Book & pay for your sessions – We’ll match you with one of our personal trainers and together we will arrange your first PT session.

3. Start Your Fitness Journey – You’ll get a free body composition analysis, on your 1st & last session to measure your results.

In Response To COVID-19

It is our priority to ensure the safety of our trainers and clients. Therefore, all PT Sessions will take place outside, either in your garden or at a local park. We’ll remain 2 metres apart at all times and all equipment will be disinfected before and after each session.

Still On The Fence?

– What if I need to cancel a session?

That is not a problem, we understand and like to be as flexible as possible. We therefore only ask for 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for all booked appointments. We can then move your session to a more convenient time.
 

– Where will the training session take place?

The Trainers come to you, we are experts in transforming any space into a training ground. As a result, you can train in your garden or at a local park.

– I can’t make the same session each week – are you flexible on times?

Yes! We understand that our clients lead busy lives. We are extremely flexible and we are happy to fit around your work, social and family commitments. In addition, you do not have to stick to the same time each week, The Trainers can fit around your schedule. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 5AM-9PM & Saturday – Sunday 7AM-7PM.

What happens if I do not finish my sessions in the 12 weeks?

With each block of PT sessions, we offer an extended period of 4 weeks to enable you to use up any missed sessions.
