How does it work?
Once we receive your enquiry form…
1. Phone call A member of our team will be in touch, to get an understanding of your goals, desired location & schedule.
2. Book a trial session – We’ll have a chat with you to match you with one of our personal trainers and arrange a session.
3. Start Your Fitness Journey – After your trial session, if you want to sign up, simply purchase a block of sessions. This is a great way to socialise with your friends, whilst increasing your fitness levels.

The Trainers come to you, we are experts in transforming any space into a training ground. You can choose whether to train at your home, in your garden or at a local park.
No, we can alternate where you and your friends would like to train, just let the trainer know in advance.
Yes! We understand that diaries can be extremely busy. You do not have to stick to the same time each week, we would recommend scheduling your sessions in advance to ensure you get the slot which works best for you all. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 5:30AM – 8PM & Saturday 7AM – 12 noon.
That is not a problem, we understand this can happen, and like to be as flexible as possible. All we ask for is 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for all booked appointments.
You should wear items that are comfortable and non-restrictive. Footwear should also be comfortable and provide good support.
