I have been working with Waleed on my fitness for the last six months. He is brilliant at keeping you on your toes, mixing up sessions so you never get bored and pushing you outside of your comfort zone. I particularly love the Muay Thai boxing sessions because you’re so focused you forget you are burning 600 calories !

Waleed from the trainers, has been coaching me and I am delighted with the results. He has rescued me from a middle-aged couch potato, to regaining strength and fitness levels akin to my younger self. Sessions are enjoyable as the trainer strikes a good balance between light and humorous motivation and giving me a kick up the backside when needed. He also adopt a holistic approach to ensure that all the good work is not undone by poor diet. I am thrilled to have found the Trainers based locally in Claygate!

Holly trained me throughout my third pregnancy. I always looked forward to our weekly sessions knowing that Holly would work me hard, keep me lifting weights and always mix up the workouts. She listened and checked how I was doing as my bump got bigger! I totally credit her workouts with making getting back to fitness after my third c section manageable. Plus she’s great to chat to!!

Holly has trained me for three years now, all throughout my pregnancy and now post baby! She is absolutely fantastic, she really knows her stuff and what I could and couldn’t do when pregnant. She pushes me when needed and the sessions are always different and varied which makes it fun. We do a mix of everything and she has helped me be the fittest I have ever been. Holly has been amazing! I just love her bootcamp:) She always offers something new, she’s full of energy and it’s so satisfying in the end when you walk away after a good workout. I have been joining The Trainers fantastic boot camp sessions – I keep coming back for more! I’ve worked with Waleed as my personal trainer and now with both Waleed and Holly at their Claygate boot camp/boxing classes. These classes are tailored to attendees needs and fitness levels, bringing a variety of cardio, strength and resistance exercises that support your goals. They bring their enthusiasm, motivation, experience and encouragement!

I have been doing the Bootcamps with Holly and Waleed for a few years now and I cannot recommend them enough. The sessions are fun while challenging at the same time and my fitness has improved massively. Holly and Waleed are fun, motivational trainers, passionate about fitness and their clients. Highly recommend their classes.

I started attending The Trainers group bootcamp classes two years ago with Holly and Waleed. Every session is different and the classes are really friendly with lots of regular faces. More recently my husband and I have started Personal Training with Waleed which has been great. PT sessions are varied and we asked for Muay Thai boxing to be included which we love. Holly and Waleed are really personable and great trainers and I would highly recommend The Trainers.
