From September, we (The Trainers) are adding new group exercise classes to our schedule. Our group fitness sessions will be running 6 days a week. Offering both morning and evening options.
New Group Fitness Classes
Say hello to Box HIIT! Held on Tuesdays 7-8 PM, starting from the 7th of September 2021. A high-intensity class that combines boxing techniques with strength & conditioning exercises, to provide an intense full-body workout. Suitable for first-timers and experienced boxers alike, expect to be pushed to your limits as you swap between pad-work, bodyweight drills, and resistance exercises.
We will also be running, circuit classes, strength, and cardio classes, as well legs, bums, and tums class.

Mondays – Circuit Training 7-8 PM
Tuesdays – Box HIIT 7-8 PM
Wednesdays – Cardio Strength 10:30-11:30 AM
Thursdays – Circuit Training 7-8 PM
Fridays – Cardio Strength 9-10 AM
Saturdays – Legs, Bums & Tums 9-10 AM
New Booking System
We are now using ClassFit to book our group fitness classes. Through this platform, you’ll be able to buy sessions on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis, as well as our Monthly Class Packages to receive a discounted rate.
Within your own account, you’ll be able to manage your bookings, purchase new packages and see how many classes you have left in your bundle.
Pricing
All of our Claygate Boot Camp sessions will now be held in the brand new Claygate Community Clubhouse. This will continue throughout the winter – yay, no more rain! If you have any unexpired boot camp sessions left from your existing block, we will add these to your ClassFit account.
PAYG or Monthly Bundles
We’ve had to put up our prices by £2 per session, in order to help cover the cost of the hall. When we return to the rec next year, the prices will decrease again.
Classes are available to purchase on a PAYG basis. We also offer monthly bundles at a discounted rate. The Monthly Bundle is a monthly recurring payment.

Memberships can be canceled at any time. You can also pause your membership for up to two weeks.
If you’d like to attend more than 2 classes a week, simply purchase the 2 a week bundle. When the sessions run out, you’ll simply purchase another bundle.

Coming Soon
As requested, we’ll be adding virtual Zoom sessions to our group fitness classes. These will range from 15 to 45 minutes. Classes will include morning mobility, core blast, and slider strength. Do you have any other requests? Let us know HERE.
