Holly has been my PT for the last 12 months and, more recently, I have also attended her boot camps at Claygate Rec. She has really transformed me physically – I am so much stronger, more flexible and better balanced – but also psychologically, what a difference! I now have a really good attitude towards fitness and see that the changes I have made with Holly are about a way of living and not a short term fix.
