The Trainers Mobile Personal Training – Our qualified PTs will get you fitter and stronger, especially after these abnormal times. We’ll bring the knowledge and equipment to you, so you can enjoy our personal training sessions at a time and location which is most convenient to you.

How does it work?

1. Phone call A member of our team will be in touch, to get an understanding of your fitness goals, desired location & schedule.



2. Book & pay for your sessions – We’ll match you with one of our personal trainers and together we will arrange your first PT session.



3. Start Your Fitness Journey – With your trainer, you’ll arrange your workouts around your schedule. Soon, you’ll have more energy, feel stronger and happier.


In response to COVID-19

It is our priority to ensure the safety of our trainers and clients. Therefore, we’ll remain at least 2 metres apart, where possible at all times. All equipment will be disinfected before and after each session. Our trainers will also be taking lateral-flow tests weekly.

What should I wear?

You should wear items that are comfortable and non-restrictive. Footwear should also be comfortable and provide good support.  

What exercises will we do, I’m worried they’ll be too difficult?

Each session you’ll be completing different exercises which will be working towards your end goal. Working 1-1 with a Personal Trainer, really allows you to communicate and be heard to ensure you are happy and enjoying your program. Your program will be specifically designed for you, therefore all exercises will fit accordingly.

What types of training do you offer?

The Trainers design tailored training programs to suit the individual needs of our clients, ensuring that their goals are met. We focus on cardio, endurance, flexibility, and stretching as well as strength, core, and functional training.

Where will the training session take place?

The Trainers come to you, we are experts in transforming any space into a training ground. As a result, you can train at your home, in your garden or at a local park.

– I can’t make the same session each week – are you flexible on times?

Yes! We understand that our clients lead busy lives. We are extremely flexible and we are happy to fit around your work, social, and family commitments. In addition, you do not have to stick to the same time each week, The Trainers can fit around your schedule. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 5 AM-9 PM & Saturday – Sunday 7 AM-7 PM.

What if I need to cancel a session?

That is not a problem, we understand and like to be as flexible as possible. We therefore only ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation for all booked appointments. We can then move your session to a more convenient time.
