Our expert personal trainers will work around your busy wedding planning schedule, to ensure you are in the best shape possible for your big day. Our team will help you to define your goals, keep you on track and will deliver specifically tailored sessions to ensure your needs are met. Most sessions will consist of cardio, resistance and core training to ensure you’ll look your very best. Every 4 weeks you’ll also receive a FREE monthly review, where The Trainer will measure your body composition to guarantee results are being achieved.
When planning your wedding, this can be a very stressful time for brides or grooms-to-be. Taking a couple of hours a week for ‘you time’ can work wonders. We want you not only to look good on your day but to also feel great! You’ll then be off on your honeymoon feeling strong and confident. If you do not want to train alone, we are able to accommodate groups, for example, bring your family together or get the bridesmaids training too.
