The Trainers are running teen fitness sessions, boot camp style for boys and girls who are 13 years old and over. The sessions will run once a week throughout August. Dates and times are listed below.

More Information  

  • Each Training Session will last for an hour. 
  • Sessions will be held on Claygate Recreation Ground
  • Sessions will be run by a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer.
  • The Trainer will be fully DBS Checked, Certified in First Aid and has Public Liability Insurance. 
  • Cost – £40 for all four training sessions.

In Response To COVID-19 

To reduce any risk we will firstly be minimising the number of different children in the group. Secondly, we will maintain a small group of children throughout all of the boot camp sessions.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed throughout the entire session. As a result, we will aim to keep all children 2 metres apart at all times.

Cancellation Policy

The boot camp will be held rain or shine!

Due to COVID-19 spaces at our boot camps are limited. We will reserve your child’s space for the four consecutive sessions throughout August. 


FAQ’s

What types of exercise will be included in the classes?

We will design each class for example, with a mixture of cardiovascular training, resistance training, body weight and flexibility. In addition, each session will be varied and different.

What does my child need to bring?

The Trainers will provide the equipment. However, your child will need to bring a yoga mat or towel. Please ensure they are wearing appropriate sports clothing. Please also ensure they have a bottle of water and have suncream on if it is sunny. 

Do I need to stay with my child whilst the session takes place?

If you’d like to stay, that is not a problem. However, if you’d like to leave them with us this is also fine. Most importantly, all of our trainers are fully DBS checked.
