Short Resistance Band – Strength: Heavy – X Heavy
The Trainers heavy resistance band is made from a premium cotton blend, polyester and rubber. They come in 3 different strengths, as a result, this ensures overload and progression as you become stronger and fitter.
They are great for stretching, isolating certain muscle groups and enhancing your home workouts. Our bands are comfortable, they will not dig in, pinch or pull hairs. The fabric is strong yet soft against the skin.
