Partner Personal Trainer (PT) Sessions – Whether you and your partner are looking to lose weight for an upcoming event, or you and a friend want to get in shape, our personal trainers will design and tailor a programme specifically to your needs. Do you both have different levels of fitness? Not a problem, our PT’s are experienced in adapting exercises to suit individual abilities. This means you are still able to train together, but you will still be pushed independently to ensure maximum results.
Group PT Sessions – Are you looking to work out in a group? The Trainers can cater for numbers from 3-20 for a group of friends, work colleagues or family members. Sessions can take place at your home, in your local park or at your place of work.
