I just love The Trainers bootcamp! They always offer something new, are full of energy and it’s so satisfying in the end when you walk away after a good workout. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to invest in themselves and their fitness.
Bootcamp sessions with The Trainers are great. The sessions very encouraging and supportive and exercises are varied so no two sessions are the same. Good mix of fitness ability and they make sure that everyone feels welcome and is suitably challenged.
The Claygate boot camp is excellent! My fitness has improved loads and I feel strong for the first time in my life. I look forward to every session (even when i’m hungover!)
I am not very fit, shall I still attend?
Yes! Everyone who is attending are all trying to increase their fitness levels. It is also our job to help you become healthier and fitter. No matter your starting point, we will tailor each exercise to your starting fitness level.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat/towel to lay on, a bottle of water and a pair of light dumbbells if you have them. If not, don’t worry the trainer will bring some for you. If you are attending our boxing classes, we recommend our clients to have their own gloves due to hygiene reasons. The Trainers have designed our own gloves which you can purchase online here.
Where does the Claygate Boot Camp take place?
Throughout the summer months, our boot camp takes place on Claygate Recreation Ground. Throughout the winter (From October – March) the boot camp takes place inside the Claygate The Pavilion.
